To access the Pledge Manager, click the link provided in the invitation email.

If you are not registered on our platform, you will be prompted to enter your details. If you are already registered, no additional steps or information are needed. 

If you didn’t get the invitation email, register here using the same email address you used on Kickstarter: https://pledgemanager.11bitstudios.com/register

The correct amount of credits, corresponding to your Kickstarter payment, will be automatically added to your account. You will also see the reward you pledged for in your cart.

Review your current pledge in the cart: make sure your selected pledge level and add-ons are correct. If you pledged for additional items, check that they appear in your cart. If something is missing, simply use the search bar to find the extras and add them.

Proceed to the checkout to finish your pledge and pay for shipping and tax.

Add your shipping information and double-check it—this step is crucial to receiving your rewards.

Make sure to click “I want to use accumulated credits” to have your Kickstarter amount deducted from your total. Then add and select your payment method, and click “Place Order.” Voilà! You’re all set! :)

Note: Digital Items will be distributed at a later date. We will inform you about when to redeem them through email and Kickstarter updates.
